The Secretary to the State Government and Coordinating Commissioner in Ebonyi, Chief Kenneth Igwe Ugbala has congratulated the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru as he marked his 46th birthday anniversary on this Thursday.
Ugbala in his congratulatory message, commended the Speaker's patriotism and sacrificial spirits towards building Ebonyi State and humanity.

The SSG's message read in parts: "On behalf of my family and staff of Cabinet Office, I write to congratulate you, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru on the attainment of 46 years on earth.
"Mr. Speaker your patriotism and sacrifice of time and energy for the betterment of our dear state, and humanity is highly commendable and appreciated.
"Honourable Speaker, you know, birthdays mean a fresh start, a time for looking back with gratitude at the blessings of another year. It is also a time to look forward with renewed hope for bigger blessings. May you find true bliss as you face your next milestones.
"Life holds so many wonderful experiences that they don’t stop at a particular age. On your 46th birthday remember that there is still so much to see, do, and wish for our dear state.
"We congratulate you specially on the milestone so achieved in Ebonyi State House of Assembly under the tutelage, and guidance of His Excellency the Governor of Ebonyi State.
