Dr John Oge has been appointed as the new Coordinator of Izzi Local Government Area in Ebonyi State following the resignation of the former Coordinator, Dr Sunday Ugbo to contest the championship position of the area.
Before his appointment on Wednesday 10 February 2021, Dr Oge was the active member of NANTMP in Ebonyi State.
Speaking, the state Coordinator of the association, Dr Peter Ezigbo charged Oge to carry all his members along and to lead with fear of God.
Ezigbo noted that his appointment would be terminated immediately after the election of the local government Chairmen, which the date is not yet disclosed.
Also speaking, the state woman leader of the association, Chief Amb. Mrs Stella Amadi congratulated the new Coordinator for having won the support of their members in Izzi which led to his appointment.
She advised him to lead by example by carrying all their members along.
She noted that all the elected officials in the association have only four years to serve before handing over.
Further, the immediate past Coordinator of the state NANTMP, Rev Dr Samuel Ezenyi also congratulated Dr Oge on his meritorious appointment.
He charged him to sustain the tempo by continue winning the supports of their members.
Ezenyi called all the members to love one another and to continue to work for the growth and progress of the association in the state, believing after their state election, the association would introduce impactful programmes on them and the society at large.
