The Special Assistant to the Ebonyi Governor on Inter Party and Labour Matters, Comrade Mrs Jennifer Adibe-Nwafor has felictated with the State First Lady, Chief Mrs Rachel Ogonna Umahi marking her 49th birthday anniversary on 23rd March.
Mrs Jennifer Adibe-Nwafor while interacting with newsmen in Abakaliki saluted the wife of the Ebonyi State Governor, Mrs Umahi, wishing her God's continuous blessings, good health, protection and more elevated positions to serve humanity in Nigeria.
The SA commended the support of the Ebonyi governor's wife in developing the young state, praying for her emergence as the first lady of Nigeria come 2023 in considering her track records in the state.
She said: "I wish our dear mummy, her Excellency Chief Mrs Rachel Ogbonna Umahi a very happy birthday celebration. The Izinya 1 of Ezza Nation, is a mother that has been taking good care of us - the female executive council members in this state. She even made sure that we have over 45 per cent in the state executive council.
"We wish her long life and prosperity. She established family succour and upliftment to help the needy. Ebonyi is one of the states where VAP law has been domesticated because of her effort.
"So, I wish her the best and more elevations in life, also wishing her Aso Rock come 2023 in Jesus name Amen.
She called other females occupying position of trust to emulate Mrs Umahi by bringing succour to the people.
"I call other people to emulate the wife of our dear governor. She is a mother that has laid a very good foundation for all the females in position to follow. She has been supportive to his Excellency, Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi. You can see these development in the state, implies that when you marry a good woman you will be a successful man in life. Look at the kind of things we are enjoying in Ebonyi State, is because of supports her Excellency has been giving to our governor. I thank her so much and ask God to continue to bless her in Jesus name Amen," she said.
