As part of the activities marking the Children's Day in Nigeria, the Member, House of representatives, Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency, Hon Comrade Chinedu Ogah upon arrival from the Abuja, yesterday, moved around Abakaliki metropolis and identified with the labourers, tricycle and motorcycle operators and beggars with relief materials and money to put smiles in their faces.

Comrade Ogah has distinguished self amongst other politicians in Ebonyi State by impacting positively on the lives of others, especially the downtrodden, and hence has carved niche for self.

This leader of the youths had once said that he imbibed the spirit of giving and philanthropy from childhood. And this assertion is has been justified as many who have come in contact with him never ceased smiling.

Addressing the tricycle and motorcycle operators, labourers and beggars in Abakaliki, Hon Ogah urged them to be law abiding and shun any form of social vices which could land them into trouble. He, however, asked them to obey constituted authorities and help the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Chief Engr Dave Nweze Umahi in curbing crimes in the state. He charged them to always show patriotism and report any foreseen crimes to the apptoy authorities as Ebonyi State and Nigeria belong to everyone.

Astonished by this special surprise package from Hon Ogah, Mr Mathias Nchama on behalf of the Motorcycle operators, said they were not surprised with Hon Ogah's magnanimous gestures on them, stressing that Chief Chinedu Ogah is different from other Nigerian politicians because of his humanitarian services to the people regardless of places of origin.

Equally, others who spoke, thanked Hon Ogah for his philanthropy and added that this is the type of visit they will always anticipate from other politicians.
