Ebonyi Governor appoints new Chief of Staff

Governor David Nweze Umahi has approved the appointment of Barr Samuel Okoronkwo as Chief of Staff, Government House, Ebonyi State. 


The Secretary to the State Government and Coordinating Commissioner, Dr Kenneth Igwe Ugbala made the announcement on Monday in Abakaliki.


Ugbala said that the appointment of Okonkwo would start with immediate effect.

Barr Samuel Okoronkwo before his new appointment was the immediate past Commissioner for Local Government, Rural Development and Chieftaincy Matters, but has been appointed as the Chief of Staff, Government House, Ebonyi State to succeed Princess Queen Agwu following her dissolution by Governor Umahi recently.
