Comrade Hon. Chinedu Ogah, OON, member, representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency, in the House of Representatives, today 9th September, 2021 marks his two Years of electoral Victory from the election petition tribunal sitting in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State Capital.
It was like a drama on the 9th September, 2019 at the premises of High Court, Abakaliki where election petition tribunal upheld the petition filed by Comrade Chinedu Nweke Ogah OON of the All Progressives Congress (APC) (IKUKUOMA), setting aside the declaration of the independent National Electoral commission (INEC), which earlier declared Hon. Lazarus Ogbee of the People's Democratic party (PDP) winner of the 2019 National Assembly Election.
It was indeed, a watershed in the anals of history in the life of the entire constituents as the wind of change blew. The entire constituents were thrown into jubilation as they took over the street of Abakaliki, waving their brooms in excitement of the recovered mandate which 'they'
percived to have been stolen by the people's Democratic party PDP and its candidate, aHon. Lazarus Ogbee.
