Ebonyi Tipper Drivers Union Sensitizes Members Against Abuse of Hard Drugs

The Patron,  Ebonyi State Tipper drivers union  Comrade  Chukwuemeka  Nwibo.

has organised intensive sensitizing program against the use of hard drugs among the Union members in the State while  driving.

The Patron while Interacting with  Journalist after the  exercise in their new park, at the Ebonyi State Central Park  opposite Margret Umahi International Market. 

Said " the exercise was organized to  put  an end the use of hard drugs among  the  tipper drivers in the State.

Nwibo said, "following  the series of accidents, destructions of lives, the State government  infrastructure  and  public properties by our  members, we decided to organize this Sensitization program.

 

He added " the Union has concluded that the sensitization exercise would be monthly and compulsory to every drivers in the Union, any driver who fails attending the meetings will be suspended from the Union and also any member found on the act shall fully face the wraught of Law.

Others who spoke Include the Chairman Comrade Benjamin Ukor, Afikpo North  Local Government tipper drivers Union, who commended the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi on his developmental stride in the State. He equally Commended the Governor for providing the Union with befitting park in the state. 

On his part the Chairman I zzi Local Government Area Tipper Drivers Union Mr.  Fidelis  Congratulated  the patron, Comrade Chukwuemeka  Nwibo on his efforts in  bringing  the Union together,  even during the period of crisis among the members.

He also  appreciated the State Governor  describing him as the political  bulldozer and promised that the Union  shall fully support on his  presidential  ambition come 2023.
