A frontline Governorship aspirant under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ebonyi State, Dr Ezeh Emmanuel Ezeh has unveiled his manifestos amidst jubilation from supporters.
Dr Ezeh thrilled his supporters to marching ovation in his Abakaliki campaign office during the event that took place on Sunday, 13th May,2022.
Speaking during the occasion, Dr Ezeh pointed out that his administration if given the mandate to be a Chief servant in Ebonyi State would be a people oriented government.
The governorship hopeful in his twelve pages manifesto captured "A People Focused 7-Point Agenda" succinctly explained that his administration would focus on recovering, rebuilding and restoring the dignity of Ebonyians.
He pointed out the important of human capital development for societal growth and added that under his administration Ebonyi will raise and export professionals that would be of great advantage in solving global challenges.
He said that repositioning of civil servants would not only strengthen the state work force but encourage productivity and result oriented service for the interest of the state.
Ezeh who's an Oxford trained entrepreneur further emphasized on the need to curb youth restiveness that's orchestrated by joblessness and added that he would bring wealth of experiences to engaging them on formal and informal education, entrepreneurship cum apprenticeship, even as, they take advantage of technological innovations through partnership with advance foreign nations.
He stated that urban migration would be drastically reduce with new innovation in agriculture, and hinted that he would make the sector lucrative by developing chain of network that would make farming sustainable even after his administration.
He pointed out major threats that faced goal oriented governance in the state but maintain optimistic that his leadership would take advantage of them for successful service to the people.
He noted that his administration would consolidate on the monumental projects of the past leaders of the state among the Oferekpe water scheme, Margret Umahi International Market, the Nkalagu factory among other opportunities already existing to create jobs for the teaming unemployed Ebonyians.
Ezeh who applauded Governor Umahi on his infrastructural prowess, added that rural road network would be given due attention as to enable the people access their villages as most communities are cut off from the urban.
He also acknowledged the state of insecurity orchestrated by increase in poverty, joblessness and dying educational sector that made education unattractive and assured that his administration would uplift these sectors to it's eldorado.
Ezeh pledged to give those regard as 'ordinary people' a special place in his government.
"To the ordinary people of Ebonyi state,my brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers, during my administration; you shall form the thrust and focus of
my administration.
"I am saddened that everywhere you look, you see Ebonyians being treated as dirt, majority of hawkers in major
towns are you my brothers .
He added,"I see you and feel your pains. All I ask of you is to get your PVCs and be ready to vote for us.
"They have money, we have you.

I say to Ebonyians;
Your greatness is all I see.
