Appeal Court Judgment; A Testament of Divine Order In Umahi's Administration - Emegha

Ebonyi state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha has described as a true reflection of Divine order, the appeal court reversal of the Federal High judgement of 8 March, 2022 which purportedly, sacked Governor David Umahi and his Deputy, Dr Eric Kelechi Igwe on the ground of defection from the opposition people's Democratic party PDP to the All Progressives Congress APC, delivered by Justice Inyang Ekwo.

Chief Emegha lauded the judgement, stressing that the ruling has further strengthened the Democratic institution in Nigeria.

Ebonyi APC helmsman while congratulating Governor David Umahi and his Deputy, Igwe,  affirmed that the judgement is expected, considering the fact that precedent had earlier been set in a similar case and there's no way the court can do otherwise.

Emegha, who is also the special security Consultant to the state Government said, "the appellate Court's judgement has not only strengthened the democratic institutions in Nigeria by upturning the March 8  ruling of Justice Inyang Ekwo's court which  purportedly, sacked their Excellencies, the Governor and his deputy from office for defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) but it has also proven the sanity of the constitution hence the document cannot be used to witch hunt law abiding citizens.  

"In all honesty, I am short of words to describe the unbiased nature of the Nigerian Judiciary.  The officers in temple of justice are simply amazing hence they are well schooled, intelligent and incorruptible in the dispensation of justice. 

"There has never been a time I anticipated any Judgement on the contrary because His Excellency is a man of extraordinary vigilance whose shots without missing the target. As a result oriented and purposeful leader, Chief Engr David Nweze Umahi leads while others struggle to keep count of his legendary feats. 

"Your Excellency, the detribalised leader of high repute, Chief Engr David Nweze Umahi, may God in His mercy reward you efforts towards creating a healthier atmosphere for the betterment of our generation and posterity alike.
