The Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ebonyi State, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has promised to revive the moribond NIGERCEM in Nkalagu, if elected Governor of the state come March 11, gubernatorial and State Assembly elections.
Nwifuru, who is currently the speaker, Ebonyi State House of Assembly stated this on Tuesday, during the campaign of APC in Ezilo, Ishielu Local Government Area headquarters.
He also promised to establish a vocational Center in the state to train the youths in agriculture and other areas....
