Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha who is the Chairman of the party in Ebonyi State revealed this while addressing journalists in Abakakili metropolis, the state's capital.
The APC chieftain and major stakeholder in Ebonyi project, Chief Emegha explained that the choice of Nwifuru as their governorship standard bearer did not only dwarf other candidates but it buried their respective parties.
Chief Emegha explained, "from what is happening, every right thinking individual would at least by now understand that our Governorship candidate, Right Honourable Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru will win the election convincingly and comfortably before noon on the election day, hence he is the next Governor of Ebonyi State.
"Aside the massive defections which consistently hit the camp of the opposition, leaving them bereft of any meaningful fellowship, none of their candidates has the resumen of Chief Francis Nwifuru who has proved his mettle as one eminently qualified to pilot affairs of the good people of Ebonyi.
"Chief Nwifuru has served diligently and also painstakingly impacted positively on the lives of many. He was not only born for this purpose, he also adequately prepared for the task ahead. I can without any iota of contradiction tell you that these are some of the reasons why every reasonable person has decided to rally support for the vision our great leader and Governor, His Excellency Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi saw so many years ago.
"Moreover, the principle of equity, Justice and fair-play which determines who governs the state perfectly favours our candidate, Right Honourable Nwifuru. It is only the unwise one will still at this time say that he is working against this movement birthed and nurtured by God and men of goodwill".
"Again, I urge my fellow Ebonyians to join hands to build the beautiful empire where everyone will be treated as Queens and Kings rather than chase shadow in the name of supporting any other person claiming to be contesting for governor in the state".
"Furthermore, the next session of Ebonyi State House Assembly will definitely be constituted by 24 APC members who will be representing their various constituencies. These people are going to sweep all the votes simply by merit predicated on credibility.
"The most peaceful and loving people, let's do it again on the 18th day of March, 2023 because of our love for the unity and progress of our dear State. We are all major stakeholders in this Ebonyi project. APC has always been our beautiful bride and the time to treat as such is now. We will continue to serve with your best interest at heart".
