Ikwo Council Chairman Celebrates Ex- Gov Elechi At 83

The Executive Chairman, Ikwo Local Government Area, Barr. Sunday Nwankwo has sent out his warm felicitations to an elder statesman and the second Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Martin Nwanchor Elechi on his 83rd birthday anniversary celebration.

Barr. Nwankwo's message reads:

His Excellency, Chief Martin Nwancho Elechi, MFR, CON, (Ochoudo Global) on the auspicious occasion of his 83rd Birthday Celebration.

"Your Excellency, Ikwo People are grateful to God to have you as our leader and father. We thank you for all your sacrifices and positive legacies. Your contributions in the journey for the creation of Ebonyi State and your aggressive attitudinal change program, human and infrastructural development of Ebonyi State as the second Executive Governor of the State has printed your name in gold.
