Today May 14th, 2024, Ikwo Noyo Clan witnessed a historic moment as Hon. Barr. Sunday Basil Nwankwo, the Executive Chairman of Ikwo LGA, accompanied by esteemed stakeholders, formally declared his interest in seeking a second term in office. This he did with the official purchase of his nomination form to contest APC Primaries for the 20th July 2023 Council election in Ebonyi State.
The Council Boss who was at the State APC secretariat Abakaliki in company of his supporters promised to consolidate on the successes recorded so far in his administration.
The event showcased a remarkable display of unity and consensus among the leaders of Ikwo Noyo clan who in their numbers endorsed the second term bid of Barr. Sunday Basil Nwankwo.
Notable figures present at the official declaration and purchase of nomination form included the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Moses Ije Odunwa, Chief Okeagu Ogada, Amb. Chief Frankline Ogbuewu, Chief Nnana Elechi, and Chief Okey Oreke, among others.
