Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for this milestone achievement.

"The implication of today's engagement is that it is promoting inclusivity in party. He wants the dividends of democracy to continue to trinkle to the last strata of the society. Development Centre,  is that last strata. You're the ones to tell us the feelings out there, you're the ones to take our message of governance to the grassroots, you're the ones to help guide our policies to suit what the grassroots needs.
"You have not been sent there to fight the coordinator; you have been called to assist the Coordinators. Your roles in the various DC's is to take-up responsibilities from the various coordinators and help them as their footsoldiers to make sure that what the government is saying from the state gets down to the roots. Where you have issues, don't fight one another, but talk to the next leader, the next level of leadership. We will not like to hear that there is any form of misunderstanding in any DC.
We have been existing together. I have been working with them. I can tell you that they have the passion and commitment to work, and if you go there with the same spirit, you will get the best of the services you are offering.
"I want to urge the coordinators to consider assigning them different roles, so that their responsibilities can be brought to the fore, because if you give them departments or units the way it is, through their various reportage, you will now get a sectoral feelings of what is happening at the grassroots. Whatever they ask you to do, put your heart to it and do it well. Your report of good services is what will promote you to the next level. Therefore, on behalf of the governor and the entirety state, I congratulate you and wish you well."
