Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru FNIOB, GGCEHF manifests itself through the dividends of democracy the people of Ebonyi State enjoy today. 

Your Excellency, the transformative impact of your foundation named "Better Health for Rural Women, Children and Internally Displaced Persons,(BERWO), has brought hope to the hopeless, succour to the needy and justice to the oppressed . 

As an enigma, you have demonstrated uncommon love to the less privileged by your zeal in restoring social order and norms to give voice to the voiceless. You winning the "Best Performing First Lady" in Nigeria from the African Iconic Women Recognition Awards (AIWRA) is an attestation to the fact above. 

The award winning first lady and mother general of the state, you are indeed an excellent role model to women and girls within and outside Ebonyi state. 

Your Excellency, as you celebrate another year, may God's sufficient grace and love shield and uplift you and the entire members of the first family.
