The Forum of All Progresses Congress Youth Leaders in Ezza North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State have expressed satisfaction with the leadership ingenuity of Ezza North Local Government council chairman, Chief Moses Ogodo Ali Nome and therefore, pass vote of confidence on his leadership.
Nome, who also doubles as the Chairman of Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), Ebonyi, recieved the Vote of confidence from the youths at the weekend during emergency meeting held at Ebiaji, the council headquarters.
Reading out the resolution at the end of the meeting, the Ezza North APC youth leader and the convener of the meeting, Comrade Friday Nwakpa noted with satisfaction, the achievements of the council chairman in the last two years on the saddle.
The group also commended other leaders, both elected and appointmented for showing leadership in championing the implementation of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru's People's charter of needs in the council and assured the Leaders of the support and solidarity of the youths at all times.
The resolution reads in full;
"RESOLUTIONS MADE BY THE FORUM OF ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS(APC) LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND WARD YOUTH LEADERS OF EZZA NORTH DURING OUR EMERGENCY MEETING HELD ON THE 23RD AUGUST, 2024 AT EBIAJI THE COUNCIL HEADQUARTERS.
"RE- A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF EZZA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, CHIEF MOSES OGODO ALI NOMEH (IMOHA 1 OF IMOHA) AND OTHER ELECTED AND APPOINTED PUBLIC OFFICE HOLDERS OF EZZA NORTH EXTRACTION UNDER THE PLATFORM OF ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC)
"The aforementioned forum having keenly observed the developmental and leadership strides of her representatives in their various positions of trust have therefore resolved as follows:
"That we commend highly the Chief Security officer and the executive chairman of EZZA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA CHIEF MOSES OGODO ALI NOMEH for the many developmental projects he has brought to the good people of Ezza North Local Government Area since his assumption of office which includes but not limited to grading of roads in all the communities in the local Government, electrification projects both within and outside the L.G Headquarters, empowerments of Youths and women with cash gifts, appointment of over 100 persons as aides, donations of cars and motorcycles to men, women and youth across the local Government, provision of inputs to farmers and many more which has led to his overwhelming victory at the just concluded council pools held on the 20th July,2024 as the reward for good work is more work. We therefore promise to continue to throw our weight behind him to ensure the actualization of his numerous policies and programs in line with the people's charter of Needs Mantra of His Excellency Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, our dear Governor.
"That we commend our illustrious sons and daughters in the various ministries of government from Ezza North for their unalloyed efforts in carrying out their duties diligently thereby making us proud and inscribing their names in gold, Chief Victor Uzoma Chukwu( Ministry of Environment), Barr. Ikeuwa Omebe (Ministry of rural development), Engr. Jude Okpor(Ministry of Information), Hon. Prince Emeka Collins Igboke( Ministry of transport and Special projects), Comr. Emeka Nwoñu(Executive Secretary LGSPB, Ebonyi State), Hon. Haggai Nwokpor and Hon. Enyi Franklin Zanza of the Security department, to mention but a few.
"That we commend the member representing the good people of Ezza North West Constituting in Ebonyi State House of Assembly Hon. Barr. Chikaodili Nomeh for being proactive and accountable especially since his entrance into our great party- All progressives Congress.
