To you, the newly inaugurated council leaders, you are under obligation to queue into the People's Charter of Needs Mantra of our dear Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru FNIOB, GGCEHF which has spontaneously transformed the landscape of Ebonyi State and her good people in the areas of human capital and infrastructure development to mention just but a few.
With both the administrative and financial autonomy already granted to you, endeavour to be highly articulate, painstaking and prudent in the allocation and use of resources in order to spur growth and development at the hinterlands.
As you hit the ground running with government activities never ferment or fuel crisis but strive to embrace peace and decorum by reassuring both the indigenous people and foreigners alike that Ebonyi State is safe and economically viable.
On this significant milestone, do not lose sight of the urgent need to extend the oliver branch to your opponents in the council elections. Toll the footpath of our supreme leader, father and Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru who abhors segregation like a plague.
As a party, kindly count on our continuous goodwill and support when approached.
