You need leaders that are honest, can mobilise and connect with the people, a high sense of passion to make a difference and capacity to take strong or tough decisions in the common interest.

Other leadership habits I have found in my personal experience with Hajia include humility, goal setting skills, mentoring and development of the generation next. These undoubtedly remain the key factors we must consider in the process of recruiting a capable hand that would be in charge of coordinating the affairs of the APC Support Groups and secure their support and input towards the policies of the Tinubu's administration.
President Tinubu ( and the APC by extension) , requires a trusted and dedicated ally to manage the affairs of the APC Support Groups. Hajia's leadership role will undoubtedly provide the necessary counterforce and buffer against opposition forces within and outside the party; and ensure the success of ongoing laudable reforms aimed at changing the fortunes of the country for the better.
It is very pertinent to add that from the earliest days of Asiwaju Tinubu's presidential aspirations, Hajia Asmau stood by his side, unwavering in her belief in his vision for Nigeria. While others doubted the feasibility of his ambitions, she remained resolute, recognizing his exceptional track record as the governor of Lagos State and advocating tirelessly for his candidacy.

Hajia Asmau's academic journey, crowned by a B.Sc degree in sociology with second class upper honors from the University of Abuja, reflects her commitment to intellectual prowess. Beyond academia, she stands as the Chief Executive Officer of Asmha Foods and Services, a food and beverage company that played a pivotal role in supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's campaign. The company, under her leadership, generously provided thousands of customized table water, natural fruit drinks, snacks, small chops, and meals for free, showcasing her unwavering dedication to the Tinubu's cause.
