The appreciation message reads;
"I, Hon Barr. Sunday B. Nwankwo, Executive Chairman of Ikwo Local Government Area, on behalf of my dear wife, Princess Uzoamaka Sunday Nwankwo, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Mrs. Chinasa Itumo and family, most heartly and sincerely appreciate our Leader, a trail-blazer, an icon of good governance and the grand master of modern Ebonyi State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB, FCAI, GGCEHF (Onwa Oferekpe), the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State on the successful inauguration of the thirteen Council Chairmen in the State.
Your Excellency, thank you for your support and encouragement to continue to lead Ikwo Local Government Area as their Chief Servant. I wish to assure you, Your Excellency that I will remain committed in partnering with you in stepping your People's Charter of Needs policies to our people at the grassroots.
