In a significant act of advocacy, Rt. Hon. Comrade Chinedu Ogah, representing Ikwo-Ezza South Federal Constituency, has successfully secured the reinstatement of Mr. Chukwu Obumneme Moses, a Nigeria Correctional Service officer from Echalike, Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

On Saturday, January 25, 2025, Hon. Ogah personally presented the recall letter to Mr. Moses, who had been illegally dismissed from service several years ago. During the handover, the federal lawmaker advised the reinstated officer to remain committed to law and professional conduct.

The reinstatement underscores Hon. Ogah's continued commitment to addressing constituent grievances and ensuring fair treatment of government employees from his constituency. This intervention demonstrates the lawmaker's active engagement in resolving individual cases of perceived injustice.
