Driven by the euphoria of celebration of the 50th birthday of Ebonyi State Governor, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, the State Commissioner for Works, Engr. Stanley Lebechi Mbam has expressed satisfaction on the leadership qualities of the Governor. He noted that the Governor's sojourn has been a testament of perseverance that has yielded fruits of uncommon breakthroughs in all spheres of human endeavors including politics and government.
Engr. Stanley Mbam made the statement in his birthday message to the Governor and described birthday as an extraordinary celebration that comes only once in a year in one’s life stating that it is also a period of refreshing memory of where one is coming from, how far he has gone and where he is going to. He pointed out that the Governor has exhibited unrelenting propensity for birthing a new Ebonyi State of "pure bliss" The commissioner maintained that Governor Nwifuru's insecurity zero tolerance has brought unprecedented peace and reliable security in the state.
Engr. Mbam praised Governor Nwifuru's infrastructural development, economic empowerment and capacity building which according to the commissioner "has placed Ebonyi on an enviable pedestal. The message read in parts:

As today marks the Golden jubilee of Your Excellency’s birthday, we shall reflect with delight the unthinkable distance you have covered within the space of time under celebration and with great emphasis on your impactful roles to change the unpleasant narratives of Ebonyi State to a new Ebonyi of pure bliss. Suffice it to state that Your Excellency’s road infrastructural development in virtually every community of the State is unprecedented and rewarding as much as your insecurity zero tolerance, economic empowerment and capacity building are placing Ebonyi on an enviable pedestal among other contemporaries.
